1. Nature of Service
BookMyJab is not a healthcare provider.
We facilitate access to at-home vaccination services through qualified healthcare professionals.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. No Emergency Service
BookMyJab is not for medical emergencies.
In case of emergency, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
3. User Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information.
If booking for another person, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Incorrect or incomplete medical information may result in service denial.
4. Clinical Responsibility
All medical decisions, vaccine suitability, and administration are the sole responsibility of the attending licensed healthcare professional.
