BookMyJab operates as a healthcare concierge platform. All bookings are fulfilled via the BookMyJab mobile application.

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled due to:
- medical ineligibility
- unavailability of healthcare staff
- vaccine stock constraints
- incorrect or incomplete information
3. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed under the following conditions:
- service not delivered
- duplicate payment
- cancellation by BookMyJab
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued in case of:
- last-minute user cancellation
- incorrect information provided by user
- refusal of service at doorstep after deployment

Vaccination is a medical procedure.
Refunds are not linked to medical outcomes or reactions.
6. Final Decision
All refund decisions are subject to BookMyJab's review and will be fair and reasonable.
